- You have three (3) calendar days from the date stated on the receipt to contact us if the quality of the delivered and/or purchased product/s does not meet your expectations.
- Contact us immediately using the numbers and details provided below.
- Send us a message or call through our available channels with brief descriptions of your damaged products.
- Kindly provide a picture of your receipt (a quick snap from your mobile phone is sufficient).
- Please provide pictures of the condition of our products as proof of reference and to ensure you have purchased genuine All Kurma products.
- Our agent will promptly attend to your case, and an exchange will be sent to your mailing address within 7 working days.
- If you require a refund, it will be credited within 3 to 5 working days.
