What is the process for placing an order?

Is it necessary for me to create an account on the All Kurma e-shop website?
While we highly recommend registering for an account to streamline your ordering and delivery tracking experience, it's not mandatory. Should you choose to register, please rest assured that your information will be used solely for All Kurma-related purposes.
Where is the dispatch location for my online order?
All orders placed directly through our e-commerce shop are dispatched from our local office located at 237 Pandan Loop #01-06 Westech Building, Singapore 128424.
What are the procedures for ordering wholesale quantities or purchasing corporate gifts?
We have extensive experience collaborating with corporations and institutions, offering wholesale options and customisable packaging. For inquiries regarding wholesale orders or corporate gifts, please reach out to us at singapore@allkurma.com. For Ramadan-related orders, we advise you to contact us at least three months prior to the fasting month's commencement.
How can I make a payment to Provident Endeavors Pte Ltd using PayNow?
You can either send the payment to UEN: 202042099G or scan the QR code provided below.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Which courier service do you use for your deliveries?
We employ registered courier services that offer tracking capabilities. Additionally, there are instances where our dedicated team manages the delivery process.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time varies depending on the location. More details will be provided during the checkout process.
Is it possible to request express delivery?
Express delivery can be selected during checkout. Orders placed before 5 PM on weekdays will be processed on the same day. However, orders made during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
If you place your order directly on our e-shop during weekdays, same-day pickup is available at 237 Pandan Loop #01-06 Westech Building, Singapore 128424, before 5 PM. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery is charged at $5.90 for orders below $25. For orders totaling $25 or more, delivery is free. If you require express shipping, the fee is $35.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of Singapore. However, if you are located in Indonesia, you can visit our All Kurma Tokopedia e-store. For customers in Malaysia, you can find us on the Lazada store.

What does "ready stock" mean?
"Ready stock" indicates that the product is currently available for purchase.
Is there a warranty?
While we have full confidence in the quality of our products, if you receive items that do not meet your expectations or are unsatisfactory in any way, please refer to our Refund & Exchanges policies.
Are your products certified Halal?
Certain products in our range are certified as Halal by JAKIM and/or MUI. Additionally, some items are certified as Halal at their origin. For further clarification, please feel free to reach out to us via email..
What are the dimensions for your dates?

What is the shelf life of your product?
The expiration date of each product is clearly indicated on its packaging.
How should All Kurma products be stored after opening?
Once opened, it's important to reseal the packaging or transfer the contents to airtight containers. All products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For longer-term storage, particularly if it will take more than 2 weeks to consume, opened products may also be refrigerated.
Is it possible to order a gift parcel?

We understand that such instances may occur due to the natural produce nature of our products, which often have minimal to no preservatives. Various external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical handling, and unforeseen circumstances, can contribute to this.
